TOYSPORT does not endorse, nor recommend modification of vehicles in public highways, since warranty or government regulations may be violated. As an express condition of sale of any sports part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use the sports parts for the modification of used vehicles in sanctioned "off-road" competitive events only. Emission-related aftermarket parts that modify the emission control system are not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles. No other applications are intended or implied. Also, many state laws prohibit disconnecting, modifying or removing emission control devices. Please check the applicable local and state laws. Notice to California residents: TOYSPORT parts are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
WARRANTY
Competition parts and equipment are sold "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. There is no warranty implied or stated due to the intended use and purpose of sports parts. While every effort is made to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner installation, modification, and unusual stress that sports parts are subject to. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of the product. The entire risk as to quality and performance of the sports parts is assumed by the buyer. In the event such parts prove defective following their purchase and installation, the buyer, not TOYSPORT, the manufacturer, the distributor, or retailer assumes the entire costs of any necessary servicing, repair, or replacement. TOYSPORT will not be responsible for any direct or indirect, actual or incidental expenses attributable to the use of any sports parts, or to delays and inconvenience caused by the necessity of repairing or replacing sports parts.
SPECIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY
Due to our policy of continuous research and development, TOYSPORT reserves the right to change specifications, introduce improvements, and discontinue parts. This guarantees the competitive edge of TOYSPORT competition parts. As new equipment and components are developed and made available, they will be introduced for sale. Some sports parts have limited availability, so we urge the buyer to anticipate his needs. As a special service, we can procure original equipment parts for any U.S. model Toyota or the more exotic foreign market models. Please inquire if you need any Toyota parts.
NEW PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
TOYSPORT is geared for keeping up-to-date with market trends. We always have the latest accessory or equipment for the Toyota competition enthusiast. We introduce new product lines on a continuing basis. Please call if you are looking for a new product or need something that is not listed. Some sports parts are normally carried in inventory require a 50% non-refundable deposit. There is absolutely no return on special orders.
PRICES
Please be advised that prices are subject to change without prior notice. TOYSPORT will continue to supply sport parts at the lowest possible price. Every effort is made to notify you in advance of any major changes. However, we reserve the right to bill you at prevailing prices at the time the order is received.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
All shipments are F.O.B. our office in Gardena, California. Special handling or packaging will be charged accordingly. Loss, damage, or shortage problems is the responsibility of the carrier. Most orders can be filled from stock within a few days. Some special orders and imports are subject to delay. We will notify you of a backorder situation as soon as possible.
