FOR US CUSTOMERS

After a 6 month test period, we have finally secured and implemented a fast-track parts service from Japan.  This will avoid all the long, unexpected delays caused by backorders, consolidation, and ocean shipping.  Only large items like bumpers, body kits, hoods, and engines will be shipped by ocean freight.

We are direct importers from Japan on hard to get Toyota parts.  Currently this is limited to Toyota JDM parts and TRD Sports parts only.  We will be adding Toyota Europe, Australia, and General markets as they come online.  HKS Japan parts will also be available under this service soon.

Here is how it works:

• Place a parts inquiry and a reply (price and availability) will be forwarded to you in 48 hours (excluding weekends).  If part numbers have to be researched allow another 48 hours.
• Place an order and it will be confirmed and shipped (from Japan) the next following Monday. Parts shipped will arrive in 3 business days, usually Wednesday in Los Angeles.  ALL orders will be AIR SHIPPED and CUSTOMS CLEARED by TOYSPORT
• A $50 pre-paid processing fee will be charged (but credited to orders over $200).

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Currently we have to ship from the US or our overseas associates, until we have logistics set-up for other countries.  Direct shipment to other foreign countries will be announced as they become available.
